臺奧文化治理與科技藝術交流會議
為瞭解臺灣文化及教育系統與政策研究與實務狀況及對整體社會發展的重要性。同時，希望洽談臺奧間文化科技方面可能合作形式。另經詢W執行長，渠願意於訪臺期間進行演講，分享文化政策與管理經驗。目前將安排參訪「文化內容策進院」、「空總臺灣當代文化實驗場C-LAB」、「國立臺北藝術大學」、「國立臺灣藝術大學」(藝術管理與文化政策研究所)、「國立臺南藝術大學」等，以及本部所屬重要文化藝術場館等。
The purpose of this visit was to explore more about Taiwan culture and education system, policy research and practical situation and its importance to general social development. Meanwhile, it was expected to communicate the possible way for cultural technology collaboration between Taiwan and Austria. In addition, Mr. Wimmer was willing to present speech to share his experience about cultural policy and management during his stay in Taiwan. Visiting Taiwan Creative Content Agency, Taiwan Contemporary Cultural Lab, Taipei National University of the Arts, National Taiwan University of Arts (Graduate School of Arts Management and Cultural Policy), Tainan National University of the Arts, and other important cultural and art center administered by the Ministry of Culture had been arranged.

１、1950年出生於維也納，在維也納大學修習音樂及表演藝術，具豐富藝術文化、教育領域合作經驗。
Michael Wimmer was born in 1950 in Vienna, studied music and performing art at the University of Vienna, and brings extensive experience to the collaboration of art, culture and education.
２ 、1987至2003年擔任「奧地利文化服務(AustrianCultural Service, ÖKS)」總監， 曾任維也納大學講師，教授奧地利文化政策及國際文化政策比較，並於奧地利薩爾茲堡文化及管理國際中心講學，身兼奧地利教育文化藝術部顧問、奧地利新中學之部長專家委員會成員、文化政策研究國際會議科學委員會成員。
He served as the director of the Austrian Culture Service (ÖKS) from 1987 to 2003, was a lecturer at an institute in Vienna teaching Austrian, European and International Cultural Policy; a lecturer at International Center For Culture & Management, Salzburg, Austria; as well as a consultant of Austrian Minister for Culture; a member of the expert group on the introduction of the New Middle School (NMS); and a member of the Scientific Board of the International Conference on Cultural Policy Research.
３、維默爾執行長為歐洲理事會、歐盟執委會及聯合國教科文組織文化政策專家、奧地利文化政策作者、斯洛維尼亞文化政策作者等。2003年創辦奧地利文化政策與文化管理學院(EDUCULT)並擔任管理總監，2018年起接任執行長。
Mr. Wimmer is an experienced advisor to the Council of Europe, UNESCO and the European Commission on cultural and educational policy issues, and also the author of Cultural Policy in Austria and Cultural Policy in Slovenia. He founded Institute of Cultural Policy and Cultural Management (EDUCULT) in 2003 and worked as executive director, and since 2018, he is the chairman of the research institute.
