一、為使各大專校院境外學生深入體驗臺灣在地文化及環境，旨揭計畫舉辦「【啡比尋常】臺灣文化體驗活動在雲林」，報名日期自即日起至10月16日止，有意參加之境外生請至計畫英文網站報名：https://www.hostfamily.org.tw/en/news/85-25335。

This is a one-day activity and we'll match you with a host family during the event. Through the guided literature trail, we can experience the poetic conception of writers and understand the ecological diversity of Huashan. Then we arrange a coffee roasting experience, so that host family and overseas students can understand the coffee making process and know about coffee related knowledge.

【Notes/注意事項】

(1)   All students and host families are required to fill out the health care survey to complete the registration. Completing the registration process doesn’t guarantee your attendance. The final result will be sent to your email before October 14, 2022 (Fri.).所有境外學生和接待家庭都需完成填寫健康追蹤問卷，以完成報名程序。完成報名程序不代表錄取。最後的錄取結果將於10月14日(五)前Email通知。

(2)   We will match overseas students with a host family in the activity. All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event date. Unexpected absence is not allowed. Please be responsible for your registration once confirming your attendance.我們將在活動中為境外學生媒合一戶接待家庭。如須取消請於活動7天前提出。確認出席後請對您的報名負責，無故缺席將會影響您下次參與的權益。

(3)   Due to the COVID-19 prevention policy, temperature check and mask wearing are both required. If the government raise the COVID alert to Level 3 before event date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the event.因應教育部集會防疫重大原則，當天皆須進行體溫量測並配戴口罩。若政府在活動日前將疫情升級為3級警戒，主辦單位保有最終修改、變更、活動解釋及取消本活動之權利。
